■ 主要技術(shù)特征
● 高速度，大卷裝，交流電機(jī)直接傳動、變頻調(diào)速、實(shí)現(xiàn)恒線速卷繞、整經(jīng)倒軸均為無級調(diào)速。
● 由工業(yè)電腦PLC、光柵旋轉(zhuǎn)編碼器、伺服電機(jī)組成全機(jī)動作的控制執(zhí)行系統(tǒng)，對經(jīng)紗位移爬坡進(jìn)行控制、檢測，性能穩(wěn)定可靠，位移精度高、經(jīng)紗成形好。
● 微電腦與光柵旋轉(zhuǎn)編碼器組成閉環(huán)控制系統(tǒng)，實(shí)現(xiàn)直接計(jì)長、計(jì)匹、計(jì)絞和測速功能。
● 高強(qiáng)薄壁鋼質(zhì)固定錐角滾筒與高精度伺服電機(jī)控制的整經(jīng)臺配合，可滿足所有品種的整經(jīng)工藝。
● 采用氣液轉(zhuǎn)換機(jī)構(gòu)和鉗制式制動器實(shí)現(xiàn)高效制動，并由此機(jī)構(gòu)產(chǎn)生倒軸阻尼張力，可根據(jù)品種要求無級調(diào)整。
● 配備矩形翻轉(zhuǎn)式筒子架，集體換筒，內(nèi)（外）側(cè)引紗，采用全封閉紅外線斷經(jīng)檢測裝置，靈敏可靠。

    Main Technical Features
    1.High speed, great package, AC motor directly drives warp is steplessly adjusted by inverter, winding at a constant speeds are stepless adjustable. beam, controlled by PLC, the speed linear speed. Warping and beaming
    2.The control and executive system consisted of industrial computer-PLC, grating rotary coder and servo motor, controls and measures strip shifting and piling-up. Performance is stable, reliable. Warp is built-up well.

 3.The micro-computer and grating coder forms a loop control system realizes directly counting piece length and skein length and speed measurement.
    4.High-strength thin-wall taper-fixed drum and the warping table controlled by a high-precision servomotor, meet warping technology of various kinds of yarns.
    5.The pneumatic and hydraulic transformation and clamping brake realizes efficient braking, by which beaming damping force is created. The speed is adjusted steplessly according to varieties.
    6.The rectangle rotary creel realizes cones collectively being changed. Yarn ends are drawn out in inner or outer side. Totally-closed infrared stop motion is sensitive and reliable.
    7.The touching screen is convenient to operate, can display trouble on-line, good trouble finding function.
      11.Major electric elements are introduced abroad.
